Using the service
You must use Tengri WhatsApp AI lawfully and follow Meta, WhatsApp, OpenAI and applicable messaging rules. You are responsible for the business content and instructions placed in your workspace.
Third-party services
Meta messaging, OpenAI usage and payment processing are provided by third parties. Availability, charges and policies for those services are outside Tengri’s direct control.
AI-generated replies
AI output can be inaccurate. You should provide clear approved knowledge, review important conversations and use human takeover for sensitive, regulated or high-impact matters.
Plans and limits
Each plan includes a defined monthly AI reply allowance. Paid subscriptions and third-party usage costs may be separate.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for spam, deception, illegal content, harassment or unauthorized access. Accounts may be restricted when required for security or compliance.
