Information we process
Tengri WhatsApp AI processes account identity, workspace configuration, WhatsApp message events, conversation records, plan usage and the business knowledge you provide.
Credentials and security
Meta and OpenAI credentials are encrypted before storage. Secret values are not returned through the normal workspace interface after saving.
How information is used
Information is used to provide account access, connect WhatsApp Cloud API, generate configured AI replies, display conversation history, enforce plan limits and support billing.
Service providers
The platform relies on providers including Meta, OpenAI, Stripe and hosting infrastructure. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use their services.
